Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel from the Billing tab of the app's settings page, or uninstall the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds
- Case by case. TinySEO may refund unused service periods at its discretion, and if you uninstall and won't use the app again, support will arrange a refund for the unused days.
- Before you uninstall
- Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
