Billing and cancellation

How to cancel

Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Shopify: “Uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.”

Refunds

At Plug In Useful's discretion, up to one month's fee, if you ask within 3 days after the trial or a billing period ends, or if the app didn't work properly or didn't fit your theme and you contacted support promptly. No refund for a later request, an app you didn't use, or a subscription you forgot to cancel.

Before you uninstall

Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
