Billing and cancellation

- Cancel in the Stamped dashboard under Account > Your Plan > Change Plan > Cancel my plan. A store billed outside Shopify (for example through Stripe) has to cancel there before uninstalling the app.

- Shopify: “If you want to request a refund, contact the app developer before uninstalling.”
- Before you uninstall
- Shopify: “Some apps add code to your online store theme that isn't automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Before uninstalling, review the app's listing on the Shopify App Store or contact the app developer to find out if any extra steps are needed.”
