Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- No long-term contracts. Cancel any time from account settings, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. The terms add that a 12-month subscription needs 30 days' written notice before its term ends.
- Refunds
- Fees paid in advance aren't refunded, unless the subscription ends for an uncured breach by Rankscale.
