Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- No contract. Plans are offered monthly or annually and can be canceled anytime from the account settings in the NitroPack dashboard. Uninstalling the plugin doesn't cancel the subscription.
- Refunds
- A 100% money-back guarantee within the first 14 days of a subscription, asked for through the refund form; no refunds after 14 days, and it may not apply to customers who were refunded before. The policy says refunds also apply to upgrades and downgrades on a prorated basis.
