Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel a monthly plan from My Account, My Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; if you pay by PayPal, cancel in PayPal too. Long-term plans are billed once and don't renew; the account drops to the free plan when they end.
- Refunds
- A 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans for first-time paying customers, less a minor service charge and only within a fair use of 70 credits in those seven days. Long-term plans aren't refundable, and there are no refunds for partial periods.
