Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel any time from the Plan page of your account. The plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds
- Refunds only for a payment error caused by EHunt, or for an account's first payment when asked through online customer service within 24 hours. No refunds for renewals, upgrades or dissatisfaction, and a processing fee of about 5% may be deducted.
