Billing and cancellation
- How to cancel
- Cancel or downgrade any time from Subscription in the app. You keep your current features until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds
- A 30-day money-back guarantee (Avada counts the 30 days from the start of your free trial) if you don't want to continue after the first month, cancel a paid plan before the first cycle ends, or picked a paid plan by mistake and didn't use it in the first month. Uninstalling or moving to the Free plan before a billing period ends doesn't stop that period's full charge.
